DT Trucks was formed in 2005 by the M.D. Derek Tansley, F.I.M.I.and is a family owned business. (Derek Tansley, Managing Director of DT Trucks is a Master Technician having just come sixth in the world at the I1 2010 Isuzu World Technical Competition in Japan.

DT Trucks was set up to provide a one-stop shop for anything from a roller skate to a 44 ton truck. DT Trucks are able to provide all manner of services including Tachograph and Speed Limiter installation and calibration, tail lift repair and maintenance and pre-MOT and much, much more.
In other words, if it’s part of the vehicle, or fitted to it, then we can maintain it, if not by our own experienced staff then by a selection of highly skilled contractors, with DT Trucks ensuring the highest standards of work.
DT Trucks are proud to have been appointed ISUZU agents; Derek has been associated with ISUZU since their very early days in the UK and was part of the team that helped develop THE AWARD WINNING ISUZU CARE PROGRAM. Derek has been in the commercial vehicle industry since becoming an apprentice motor technician in 1970 and, in spite of building and running a very busy and successful ISUZU dealership, has continued to stay fully in touch with the modern ISUZU truck and he himself is a Master Technician.

It fully endorses the ISUZU CARE programme giving its customers complete peace of mind that their vehicles are in safe hands. With over 50 years of experience on ISUZU trucks between them the staff at DT Trucks are some of the most experienced and are constantly undergoing training, keeping up to date with all the latest changes ensuring the customer is always getting the very best service available.
